October Devlog - It's Time


Aaaaand BOOM goes the dynamite. The wait is over, Preston's Hourglass is ready to play!

It's been a long time coming, despite the huge hiatuses in development it seems I, as the director, was able to pull everybody back into it and prove myself as the most dedicated member in this project. I was hoping to get this out 3 weeks ago but let's just say some of the crew members were more dedicated than others. No hard feelings though, it's just a fun little passion project at the end of the day.

We had this model being designed since it's initial concept art, with a different, more inferior color palette than the one I thought of. Over the months we've thought of many ideas, textures, ways for Preston to express himself and we finally went with my vision and it's seems that MOST of our crew is happy with it as well.

I think our next step is to ensure our game is functional, perhaps with people who may be interested and hopefully with the response from you! We'd like you to leave how you feel in my comments so we know where to take the game and update what may not work for you guys. Along with this, I'll be doing a little more on our social media side. Expect some updates, screenshots and admittedly, some advertising. Get excited Prestonheads!

I'm really optimistic about the possibility of a future game, perhaps with a slightly smaller dev team this time around. My mind is already overflowing with ideas for the next few instalments, and I can't wait to share them with you all! (Assuming no one on the team tries to throw in their two cents on them! I kid.) Hopefully you guys are as pumped as we are for Preston's next adventure to unfold!
